Funding for Aboriginal owned tourism businesses in the NT
Overview
A non-competitive grant program providing funding to Northern Territory majority‑Aboriginal owned tourism businesses and organisations to develop Aboriginal cultural tourism experiences and tourism products for NT park visitors.
The program supports product development for use in parks and reserves and is administered by Tourism NT.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, your tourism business must:
- be greater than 50% Aboriginal owned
- be a business or organisation located and operating in the NT
- have a significant tourism focus
- be legally constituted
- be Australian registered with an Australian business number (ABN) or Australian company number (ACN)
The program assists NT majority owned Aboriginal businesses and organisations to develop Aboriginal cultural tourism experiences and tourism product for NT park visitors.
