Funding for Australian and Indian collaborative research projects
This grant funds collaborative research projects between Australian organisations and Indian partners in specified priority research areas.
Grants range from $500,000 to $1,000,000 and can cover up to 100% of eligible project expenditure, with projects required to be completed within 3 years.

You must have an Indian partner who is applying for the corresponding grant in India.
For Round 15, your project must involve research in a focused priority area and must be mutually beneficial for Australia and India.
The lead organisation can submit a maximum of two applications but only one application per priority area.
Joint applications involving more than one Australian partner are acceptable, provided the lead applicant is the main driver of the project and is eligible to apply.
You must complete your project within 3 years.
