Funding for NSW companies to help them commercialise an innovative emerging technology
Overview
Competitive grants for NSW startups and companies to progress emerging technology innovations from proof-of-concept toward demonstration and early commercial deployment by funding prototyping, product development, piloting, scaling, and related commercialisation activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- be a for-profit entity
- not be listed on any public stock exchange
- have an active Australian business number (ABN)
- be headquartered in NSW
- as of 1 January 2026, have more than 65% of their full-time equivalent employees employed in NSW
- have revenue of less than $2.5 million per year in the last financial year 2024-25
- own the IP or have the exclusive right to commercialise the IP in Australia and globally
