Funding for WA agribusinesses
The Enterprise Support Program (ESP) provides co-funding to Western Australian agribusinesses to pursue business development and innovation opportunities using the research capability, incubation space and technologies available in the Western Australia Food Innovation Precinct (WAFIP).
Funding is available across three streams including commercialisation/R&D, common-use equipment in WAFIP, and user incentives to access WAFIP facilities.
The Enterprise Support Program (ESP) provides co-funding to agribusinesses seeking to pursue business development and innovation opportunities through the leading-edge research capability, incubation space and technologies available in the Western Australia Food Innovation Precinct (WAFIP). Applicants may include agribusinesses, enterprises and entrepreneurs seeking opportunities to innovate, accelerate business development, commercialise research and to deliver projects that seek to:
- facilitate innovative developments in the agribusiness sector
- support (new) product development, innovation and the commercialisation of research
- scale up small-medium enterprises and enhance export capability
- create new opportunities for value-added and food processing and manufacturing
- develop WAFIP as the hub of agri-innovation in WA.
Funding is available over three streams:
- business/product commercialisation, collaborative research and development
- common use equipment within the WAFIP
- and user incentives to access WAFIP space, facilities and services
