Funding for Food and Beverage businesses who are developing new products and manufacturing processes

Co‑funding grants for Australian food and beverage manufacturers to support projects that integrate businesses into domestic and international value chains, adopt product standards and technologies, and scale production and commercial outcomes.

Grants range from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 and can fund up to 50% of eligible project expenditure.

You must also be an entity incorporated in Australia, including start‑ups and a trading corporation.

Your trading activities must form a sufficiently significant proportion of the corporation’s overall activities as to merit it being described as a trading corporation; or are a substantial and not merely peripheral activity of the corporation.

Your project must align with one of the National Manufacturing Priorities and have a minimum of $2,000,000 in eligible project expenditure.

Your application must show evidence that your project is supported by your board (or Chief Executive Officer or equivalent if there is no board) and that you can meet the costs of the project not covered by the grant funding.

You can apply for a grant between $1,000,000 and $20,000,000 and your grant funding must not exceed 50% of your total eligible project expenditure.

Approved activities determine your eligible project expenditure.

Projects can include activities at different locations.
