Overview
Provides loans to support tourism projects in regional Tasmania.
Loans available range from $100,000 to $3,000,000 and carry a highly concessional interest rate for the first 3 years, with a commercial rate applying for the remaining term of up to 2 years.
Eligibility Criteria
Businesses and organisations undertaking a regional tourism project in Tasmania.
To be eligible, your business must:
- hold an active Australian business number (ABN)
- be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
- be undertaking a project that promotes growth in regional tourism and encourages regional dispersal outside Hobart CBD
- have the ability to service the loan
