Funding to conserve and protect National Heritage Listed places
The Australian Heritage Grants Round 8 (2025-26) provides funding for projects that support conservation, public engagement, and promotion of the values of places on the National Heritage List.
Projects can run for up to three years and the round covers the 2025-26 to 2027-28 financial years.
Grants are available for National Heritage Listed place site owners, or eligible entities with a current letter of support from the site owner of the listed place/s.
The program funds projects for places on the National Heritage List, which are recognised under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
This round of the program covers the 2025-26 to 2027-28 financial years.
Projects can run for up to three years.
A grant of up to $400,000 is available to cover up to 80% of eligible expenditure.
