Support for SA women business owners
Overview
Subsidised mentoring and business advisory support for women who own small, for‑profit businesses in South Australia, providing up to six one‑on‑one mentoring sessions (first session with an Adelaide Business Hub advisor to create an action plan, plus up to five hours of specialist mentoring).
The program runs from 1 October 2024 to 30 June 2026 and supports 600 women‑led small businesses.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
- identify as a woman in business
- own a small business in South Australia with a turnover under $1,000,000 per year and be registered for GST
- be a for‑profit entity
- demonstrate a strong commitment to completing the mentoring sessions and have the capacity to fully participate in the program
- employ less than 20 people FTE
- the business ABN has not previously accessed the Women In Business Foundations Program
