Funding to support the NSW aquaculture sector
Overview
The Aquaculture Industry Development Program NSW provides grants to support regional aquaculture and commercial fishing industries in New South Wales.
Funding is available for projects that increase farm gate production, modernise regional businesses to boost productivity and exports, improve climate resilience and contribute to net zero or circular economy targets, and build capability in sustainable seafood and marine bioproducts.
Eligibility Criteria
NSW businesses and organisations operating in the aquaculture sector.
Funding is available for projects that:
- increase farm gate production in the aquaculture sector
- support regional businesses to modernise to increase productivity, exports, resilience to climate change impacts, contribution to net zero and/or circular economy targets
- and build regional capability in sustainable seafood and marine bioproducts
