Overview
Co‑funding for Australian businesses to translate high quality research and ideas into commercial products, services and manufacturing processes.
Grants support adoption of new technologies, scale-up of manufacturing capability and improvements to productivity and competitiveness.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible you must:
- have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- be non‑tax‑exempt
- be registered for the Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- be an entity incorporated in Australia (including start‑ups and a trading corporation where trading activities form a sufficiently significant proportion of the corporation's overall activities or are a substantial and not merely peripheral activity)
You must also:
- demonstrate your project aligns with one of the National Manufacturing Priorities
- have a minimum of $2,000,000 in eligible project expenditure
- provide evidence the project is supported by your board (or CEO if no board)
- provide evidence you can meet the costs of the project not covered by the grant funding
Applications must meet additional evidentiary requirements in the guidelines (for example accountant declaration, detailed project plan and detailed project budgets).
