Funding to develop solutions for a cyber security challenge identified by government

Provides grant funding to small to medium enterprises to develop innovative solutions to a government-identified cyber security challenge (validating authenticity of information disseminated by the Australian Government).

Stage 1 (Feasibility) funds testing technical and commercial viability; Stage 2 (Proof of Concept) supports development of working prototypes or demonstrations.

Small to medium enterprises.

The program seeks innovative solutions to the Australian Cyber Security Strategy Challenge: 'How do we validate the authenticity of the information disseminated by the Australian Government?'.

There are two grant opportunities: Stage 1 – Feasibility (purpose: to test the technical and commercial viability of proposed solutions) and Stage 2 – Proof of Concept (purpose: to support building on the Feasibility project to produce working prototypes or demonstrations).

Only applicants that complete a successful Feasibility project will be invited to submit an application for Proof of Concept funding.
