Funding to deliver mental health services for emergency service workers and their families
Provides $3,000,000 in funding to a single organisation to deliver best-practice mental health services to current and former, paid and voluntary emergency services workers involved in disaster response and their families.
Services include clinical services, referrals, awareness raising, prevention and wellbeing activities aligned with a stepped care model.
The funded program will run over 12 months from 2026-01-01.
Organisations with experience delivering mental health services targeted to emergency services workers and has the capability to deliver these services nationally.
The program will fund one eligible applicant up to a maximum of $3 million.
