Grants to promote the management of light pollution in priority coastal areas

Overview

This grant program provides funding to promote management of light pollution in priority coastal areas to benefit Environment Protection and Biodiversity Act 1999 (EPBC Act) listed marine turtles, seabirds and migratory shorebirds.

It supports projects that raise awareness of the impacts of light pollution on wildlife and provide guidance on managing light pollution for wildlife in coastal communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Australian businesses that can provide practical solutions to improve conservation outcomes for threatened and/or migratory listed species protected under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
