Funding to manufacture components for renewable energy infrastructure at commercial scale
The Renewable Manufacturing NSW grant funds projects that expand NSW manufacturing capacity for components used in grid-scale renewable energy generation, storage and transmission.
Eligible infrastructure can include wind towers, solar panels, batteries and transmission cables manufactured at commercial scale.
To be eligible, applicants must hold or be willing to obtain an Australian business number (ABN); be or will become registered for goods and services tax (GST); hold or obtain all relevant insurances; be undertaking a project in NSW; and be an eligible organisation.
Projects must manufacture eligible renewable energy infrastructure at a commercial scale.
