Free education program for VIC startups
Overview
A no-cost executive education program run by LaunchVic (Basecamp VIC) that supports Victorian startup founders to design effective teams, improve hiring and leadership decisions, and build systems and capability as their companies scale.
The program combines structured learning, specialist HR support, coaching/mentoring, profiling/networking and confidential peer cohort work across multiple sessions from April to June 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, startups must:
- meet LaunchVic's definition of a startup
- have an applicant/participant who is the founder or CEO
Additionally, startups must meet at least one of the following measures of size:
- having raised a single venture capital round in excess of AU$1.5 million
- revenue of at least AU$100,000 per month
- successfully graduated from an accelerator
- a team of more than 10 but less than 50 employees
- a valuation of greater than AU$5 million but less than AU$30 million. (The program is described as for 'seed to series A founders looking to make their first hires'.)
