Recruitment support to grow your workforce

The Real Jobs, Real Wages program provides employers with recruitment support, advice on inclusive job design, connections to potential candidates across Australia, and financial incentives to hire and retain employees, plus up to 12 months post-employment support to encourage retention.

To be eligible your business must have an ongoing vacancy (this can include an apprenticeship or traineeship).

Any potential candidates cannot already be employed by your organisation.

Eligible applicants include private businesses, non-government organisations, local government, or Group Training Organisations.

Local government and Group Training Organisations are eligible for Real Jobs, Real Wages financial incentives.
