GO7215: Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Worker Retention Payment
Funding to support a wage increase for all eligible ECEC workers
To be eligible the applicant must be a legal entity that provides CBDC or OSHC services (a Provider).
The Provider must be one of:
- an incorporated or unincorporated body or association
- a private or public company
- a registered co‑operative
- a state/territory government body
- a local council
- an Indigenous corporation
- a sole trader
- or a partnership
For each service on the application the Provider must have a valid ABN, a valid account with a recognised Australian financial institution, a valid and current CCS approval number, meet and maintain all eligibility requirements of continued CCS approval for the duration of the Grant Agreement, have a legally enforceable workplace instrument in place in line with Section 4.3 (including obligations to pay at least 10% above applicable award rates and a further 5% from 1 December 2025), and comply with the Fee Constraint Condition limiting Service fee growth as specified.
