A free, confidential mental health coaching program (NewAccess for Small Business Owners) that provides small business owners and sole traders with practical, solution-focused coaching to manage stress, worry and overwhelm.
Participants can access 6 free mental health coaching sessions plus 2 follow-up sessions by phone or video, with no GP referral required.
The program is funded by The Treasury and delivered by Beyond Blue.
This program is for anyone aged 18 years or over who owns a small business, from any industry, including sole traders.
It is suitable for people who:
- own a small business with 20 or fewer employees or are a sole trader
- feel overwhelmed, worried or stressed
- and are able to commit to weekly sessions and activities between sessions
No GP referral is needed.
