Course for TAS exporting businesses
Overview
A training course for Tasmanian exporting businesses to help them expand or increase their international exports.
The program includes six modules (pre-recorded videos, downloadable fact sheets, group discussions, quizzes and surveys) and two 30-minute individual mentoring sessions with experienced export advisors.
Completing the program is recognised as an eligible export training course for the Austrade Export Market Development Grant.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
- have an Australian business number (ABN)
- be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
- be headquartered in Tasmania or be able to demonstrate a significant contribution to the Tasmanian economy
- have annual sales turnover of at least $150,000
- be financially viable, not under external administration, or appointed a liquidator, wound up, dissolved or trading insolvent
- be currently selling products or services within Tasmania and looking to sell products or services internationally
