Get funding for genomics research projects
Grants from the Genomics Health Futures Mission to support innovative and collaborative genomics research projects, including clinical and ethical, legal and social issues research.
Funding is available in two streams with projects required to complete by 30 June 2022.
In Round 1, researchers with projects in one of the following areas:
- (1) cancers and diseases with high mortality and low survivability
- (2) paediatric acute care genomic research for clinically ill/critically ill children
- (3) ethical, legal and social issues related to genomics in health care
This grant opportunity is for two streams: projects grants and ethical, legal and social issues research grants.
Projects must be completed by 2022-06-30.
Grants will be awarded for up to 100% of eligible costs.
You can apply for funding between $500,000 and $5,000,000 (Projects stream) or between $100,000 and $500,000 (Ethical, Legal and Social Issues stream).
