Applicants must be an established MMC provider with demonstrated capability.

Eligible examples are a domestic Class 1 detached/semi-residential MMC provider seeking to expand into Class 2 mid/high-rise solutions in NSW; an international provider with existing Class 2-equivalent capability seeking to enter NSW/Australia; or an existing manufacturing or construction business seeking to develop an MMC offering for Class 2 solutions in NSW.

Applicants must have a clear Feasibility Study/Review Plan covering scope, budget, methodology, capacity, resources and milestones; minimum annual turnover of AUD $2.5 million in each of the last three years; experience delivering industrialised construction solutions over the last three years; and an ABN or equivalent for international businesses.
