Micro-credential programs for tourism, customer service and hospitality skilling solutions

The Typsy Micro-Credential Program (VTIC) provided industry-endorsed online micro-credentials and free training to Victorian tourism, event and hospitality businesses, their staff and individuals wanting to gain work in these industries.

The program delivered short courses (30–60 minutes) via the Typsy platform to build specific customer service, hospitality and tourism skills to support adoption of innovation and productivity improvements.
