Funding for owners of heritage listed places
Overview
Provides grants to owners of heritage listed places or objects in the Northern Territory to help with conservation costs, including physical conservation, research/documentation and interpretation projects.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, you must be the owner of the heritage place or object.
An owner can be:
- an individual
- a private business
- a non-profit organisation
- a community group, including an Aboriginal organisation
Applicants and the heritage place/object must be based in the Northern Territory.
Eligible projects must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- physical conservation projects
- research and documentation
- interpretation
Priority is given to places and objects on the NT Heritage Register and Aboriginal archaeological places.
