Co-funding for energy efficiency and electrification upgrades for local governments to reduce energy bills and emissions from local government owned and/or operated facilities.
Grants are intended to support commercially available energy efficiency, load flexibility and electrification technology and improve local government capability to deliver energy upgrades.
Applicant must be a local government body.
Applicants must contribute at least 50% of the agreed eligible project costs.
Projects must be completed by 2027-08-31.
You must not commence your project until you execute a grant agreement with the Commonwealth.
The fund co-funds energy efficiency, load flexibility and electrification upgrades for local government owned and/or operated facilities, and funds installed technologies that are commercially available.
