Funding for coastal event organisers in SA

Grants to assist existing event organisers to run events in South Australian coastal areas impacted by the algal bloom, funding marketing, audience development, enhanced programming and direct event delivery costs to stimulate visitation and support community resilience.

To be eligible the applicant must be an existing event organiser delivering an existing metropolitan or regional event held between 2025-12-01 and 2026-03-31 in eligible postcodes in South Australia.

The organisation must be a legal entity, have an Australian bank account, have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), and hold all relevant insurances.

Interstate organisations may apply provided they are delivering an eligible existing event in South Australia.

Applications will be accepted for eligible postcodes only.

Required documents include: an event budget or profit/loss statement, a marketing plan, a risk assessment plan, and a current Certificate of Currency for public liability insurance (minimum $20 million).

Applications must be submitted via the dedicated online form; applications will not save progress.

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
